Mysuru: A spectacular display featuring 3,500 drones illuminated the night sky at Bannimantap grounds as part of Mysuru Dasara, captivating thousands of spectators with an array of images inspired by Indian culture, spirituality and public life.
Organised for the third consecutive year by the Chamundeshwari Electricity Supply Corporation (CESC), the drone show was inaugurated by Urban Development Minister Yathindra Siddaramaiah.
The synchronised drones created striking formations depicting a soldier, a galaxy, a butterfly, a peacock, a lion, ‘Bharat Jodo’, public service, Lord Krishna’s Chakra, Nataraja, Nandi and the royal Ambari.
The image of Goddess Chamundeshwari, the presiding deity of Mysuru, emerged as the main attraction, drawing enthusiastic responses from the audience.

The show combined modern technology with Karnataka’s cultural and religious heritage, adding another attraction to the Dasara festivities. Spectators watched as the drones transformed the sky into a canvas of illuminated figures and symbols.
