Heath Streak, the revered Zimbabwean cricket legend, has passed away at the age of 49.
Reports indicate that Streak had been receiving treatment in South Africa, where he was battling colon and liver cancer, according to accounts from his friends and close associates.
Prominent cricketers Ravichandran Ashwin, Henry Olonga, and Sean Williams expressed their deep sorrow and shared condolences on social media platform X.
Ashwin conveyed his grief with the words, “Heath Streak is no more. Sad!! Really sad.”
